If you have just received a Home Care package or are considering a change in provider, New England Care offers high quality service at a cost that ensures you get the most out of your package.
Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages are funded by the Australian Government and are aimed at helping people live in their own home longer. Packages vary in value and the level of service you are able to access. If you do not already have a Home Care Package and feel some help around the home or with your healthcare would be beneficial, a great place to start is My Aged Care.

If you find this difficult, a member of your family or a friend can do it on your behalf or we are happy help. You may need an ACAT assessment that will determine your care needs and the package level that best supports you.
New England Care provide services that make your life easier, safer and more enjoyable! These include Housekeeping, Lawn and Garden Maintenance, Meal Preparation, Nutrition Support, Shopping and Personal Care.
New England Care offers transport assistance to help keep you connected to your friends and family and to attend medical appointments. We also offer Nursing Care, including Respite Care, that is provided by our caring, well trained and qualified staff.

Department of Veterans Affairs Community Nursing
New England Care has been delivering high quality nursing services to eligible veterans in our community for over 30 years. During that time we have developed an excellent reputation built on honesty, diligence, reliability and a client centered approach. We have strong relationships with other health professionals who we work with closely to help our clients achieve their care goals.
Flexible and collaborative nursing services are delivered by skilled, caring and knowledgable staff that are genuinely invested in their work and how it impacts upon our clients. Getting services started is easy and are fully funded by The Department of Veterans Affairs.
Private Care and Services
New England Care operates in Glen Innes, Guyra, Uralla, Inverell, Armidale, Deepwater, Emmaville, Walcha, Tenterfield, LLangothlin, Kentucky, Ben Lomond, Black Mountain, Glencoe, Red Range and surrounding areas.
Any of the Nursing or Homecare services offered by New England Care are available on a private basis.
